S. No Channel Request Type Example Description
1 ATM To Switch OFF ATM Channel, customer need to send SMS text ATM OFF 234876 Send SMS “ATM OFF NNNNNN” (Where NNNNNN is last six digit of your debit card) to deactivate ATM channel of the card.
2 To Switch ON ATM Channel customer need to send SMS text ATM ON 234876 Send SMS “ATM ON NNNNNN” (Where NNNNNN is last six digit of your debit card) to activate ATM channel of the card.
1 POS To Switch OFF POS Transaction, customer need to send SMS text POS OFF 234876 Send SMS “POS OFF NNNNNN” (Where NNNNNN is last six digit of your debit card) to deactivate ATM channel of the card.
2 To Switch ON POS Transaction, customer need to send SMS text POS ON 234876 Send SMS “POS ON NNNNNN” (Where NNNNNN is last six digit of your debit card) to activate ATM channel of the card.
1 ECOM To Switch OFF ECOM Transaction, customer need to send SMS text ECOM OFF 234876 Send SMS “ECOM OFF NNNNNN” (Where NNNNNN is last six digit of your debit card) to deactivate ATM channel of the card.
2 To Switch ON ECOM Transaction, customer need to send SMS text ECOM ON 234876 Send SMS “ECOM ON NNNNNN” (Where NNNNNN is last six digit of your debit card) to activate ATM channel of the card.
Service Type : Card Temporary BLOCK/ UNBLOCK
1 Temporary-BLOCK To Block the Card Temporary status, customer need to send SMS text TBLK 234876 Send SMS “TBLK NNNNNN” (Where NNNNNN is last six digit of your debit card) to Temporary block (All Channel) of the card.
2 To Remove the Card from Temporary Blocked status, customer need to send SMS text TUNBLK 234876 Send SMS “TUNBLK NNNNNN” (Where NNNNNN is last six digit of your debit card) to Temporary unblock (All Channel) of the card.
Service Type : Permanently Block
1 Permanently-BLOCK To Block the Card Permanently, customer need to send SMS text PBLK 00023405000333 Send SMS “PBLK NNNNNNNNN” (Where NNNNNNNNN is your complete account number(15 digits))to Permanently block the card.
